SLEAP is a community response to youth homelessness.
What we do
We provide young people with somewhere safe to live and give them the support and help they need to move on as confident & independent young adults.
Supporting Young People
We support young people aged up to 25 years old in their transition into becoming confident independent adults. In most cases, young people who reach this key stage of transition, have the confidence and or a network of support in their families and friends that will help, advice, coach and cheer them on. However, that is not the case for everyone, and for so many reasons, there are those who, at this stage, find themselves unable to cope with the challenges life brings and may find themselves homeless.
Homelessness and all its awful consequences is what we are working to prevent. Thriving young people who are fulfilling their potential is what we are working to achieve.
