Volunteer

Whether you just want to do something as a one-off or you are looking to do something a little bit more regularly, there are so many ways in which you can volunteer with us. As a community charity, we rely on the support of those who volunteer with us by fundraising or helping us in practical ways.

And it’s good for you too! Research and leading organisations on mental health show that volunteering can have great benefits for your mental health –knowing that you are helping others can be a real boost to how you are feeling. It can also give you the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience you can add to your CV.
