My role as a trustee is to help in ensuring that SLEAP works in line with its values and mission whilst centring the voices, needs and experiences of the young people it serves.

What do you like about SLEAP?
I like that SLEAP is a Christian organisation and takes its values and principles from God’s Word, the Bible. I also like that SLEAP is open to accepting any young person who needs help from the community.

What was your first job?
I worked as a receptionist in a clinic in the middle belt region of Nigeria.

Summer or Winter? 
I prefer winter – too much heat or sun gives me headaches.

Comedy or Drama?
Definitely comedy because I find drama boring at times.

What is still left on your Bucket List?
I don’t have a bucket list. I prefer to enjoy life and take opportunities as they come.

Have you ever had a nickname?
Yes, I was called Chichi most of my childhood and young adult days. It is coined from my first name – Chinyere
